Every compound independently verified. Our quality process from synthesis to shipment.
CoreBio, LLC sources and verifies every compound through a rigorous multi-stage quality control process. We don't rely on supplier documentation alone. Every batch is independently tested before it reaches a researcher.
Every raw material is tested for identity, purity, and contamination before acceptance into our production pipeline. Non-conforming materials are rejected outright.
Continuous quality monitoring throughout manufacturing ensures batch-to-batch consistency. Critical parameters are tracked and logged at each stage of production.
Every completed batch is submitted to an independent third-party laboratory. Only batches that meet or exceed our purity standards receive a Certificate of Analysis and are cleared for sale.
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is the gold standard for quantifying the purity of research compounds. Every CoreBio, LLC product undergoes HPLC analysis as part of our standard quality process.
HPLC separates the components of a sample and measures each fraction with precision, giving an exact purity percentage backed by a chromatogram. We require a minimum of 99% purity by HPLC before any compound is approved for sale.
Where applicable, mass spectrometry (MS) is used alongside HPLC to confirm the molecular identity of each compound. MS analysis verifies the exact molecular weight and fragmentation pattern of the compound, ruling out structural isomers or degradation products that HPLC alone may not distinguish.
Internal testing is not enough. All CoreBio, LLC products are sent to accredited, independent third-party laboratories for final verification. These labs have no financial relationship with our production process, ensuring completely unbiased results.
Our third-party partners operate under ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation standards, the internationally recognized benchmark for testing laboratory competence.
A Certificate of Analysis is issued for every batch by our third-party testing laboratory. The COA documents the full results of all analytical tests performed on that batch. Every COA includes:
